My mission is to motivate my clients to reach their goals and find the healthier, happier version of themselves. Everything starts with you!


In my outdoor training, we take a good 15 minutes to open up your body, do dynamic mobility and functional training. Then we start a more intensive Strenght and HIIT training! 

Dates & Place: Every second week in the Park am Gleisdreieck,  every second week in Treptower Park! Tuesdays at 19.00.

Meeting point is at 18:45 infront of the Park cafe "Tor Eins" / "Zum Glück" (for park am Gleisdreieck) // in front of the S bahn Treptower Park.​​
