My daily diet at the moment with pictures! I really enjoy planning my meals and checking that I hit the correct macros. I do this to make sure I get everything I need. The more you move, the more you have to eat!

In the end, it is the quality that matters, not the quantity. Different foods cause different reactions in the body, affect differently on our metabolism and some foods even have negative calories!
